As a Production Coordinator, you will perform standard procurement tasks to source/ ship out equipment, maintain par levels, and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Ensure par levels of customer inventory and customer-specific goods to provide required service

• Maintain an ongoing, positive, and pro-active relationship with all internal and external customers
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Place orders/report surplus based on inventory balance and usage
• Assist with month-end inventory process
• Communicate with the supplier regarding order discrepancies
• Determine product overages/shortfalls and communicate to the manager
• Performs physical and logical receiving duties, verifying that items and quantities match the purchase order and receiving paperwork.
• Drive organization of the warehouse
• Investigate usage variances.

• One-year warehouse or inventory control experience
• Ability to effectively work with internal customers
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a very fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating data
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of cycle counts and physical inventory (preferred)
• Skilled with the use of pallet jack and standing reach truck (preferred)
• Working knowledge of SAP, intermediate knowledge of Excel (formulas and lookups) a plus
