Feuer powertrain North America:We are located in Robinsonville, MS, which is 20 minutes South of Memphis. We are the US subsidiary of a German-based leading independent producer of crankshafts, the heart of every engine. In Europe, we produce crankshafts for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VW, Audi, Renault, Jaguar, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and many more. In North America, we produce crankshafts for GM, Ford, Mercury and many more. We are now expanding our plant to a new 2nd line. SUMMARY: The Inventory Control Clerk - Tool Room will be responsible for all Tool Room activities to optimize production efficiencies of plant equipment with focus on aspects of inventory control, cost control, and product quality in an automotive manufacturing environment. This position will manage the tool assets of FEUER powertrain North America. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Maintain comprehensive inventory of tooling and material within the tool room; receive, store, and issue tools used for production via ERP and maintain appropriate records. •Responsible for initiating purchase requisitions for tooling and purchase order requests for sub-contracting activities. Ensure min. SOH for critical components. •Maintain an accurate and controlled inventory. Maintain stock and counts of tools. Goods receipts and inventory adjustments. •Assistance with CPP Calculation. •Coordinate with local suppliers to validate order receipts, and availability. •Prepare and coordinate outgoing tools for projects through issuing, returning, and tracking tools in ERP / MS Office 365. •Ensure the tool room is clean and well maintained. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: •High school diploma or equivalent. •Previous experience in inventory control, tool room management, or related field is preferred. •Familiarity with inventory management software and tools (e.g., barcode scanners). •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Excellent record-keeping and data entry skills. •Team oriented, communicates well with others, and able to interact with people at all levels. •Microsoft Office proficient •SAP experience preferred, but not required. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
