Employment Type: Full time Compensation: $22.00/hr
Position Overview: Lead team responsible for the inventory of finished goods, raw materials, and production supplies in all aspects of receiving, storing, picking, prepping and maintaining inventory accuracy and on time order fulfillment.
Essential Job Functions:
· Management of team of 2-3 inventory control specialists
· Cycle count coordination from Finance team guidance
· Coordinate picking and prepping of materials/components/production supplies for production orders.
· Counting items and assuring that the inventory is correct in TCM to ensure proper production planning
· Management and follow through of quarantine & non-conforming items.
· Assist in coordinating intercompany transfers
· Monthly inventory and request for production supplies
· Assist in managing the space, bin locations, and overall organization/cleanliness of all warehouse areas
· Work closely with the warehouse team to instill proper safe material handling practices
· Help develop key metrics for success vs. goals
· Ability to use a forklift and Joey (training provided)

Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: Two years of warehouse/inventory preferred

· Ability to run, process and understand NSA Reports.
Physical Requirements:
· Extended periods of walking throughout the day.
· Standing or sitting at an individual workstation for extended periods.
· Must be comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds at a time.
Working Conditions:
· Plant environment with constant background noise.
