ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Performs excellent customer service at all time. Audits and keeps track of all incoming inventoried products. Oversees daily transfers of inventory between venues. Audits and keeps track of all outgoing inventoried products. Enters inventory data in MMS and ensures accuracy. Reviews invoices for cost accuracy for all incoming food products. Assists purchasing with assuring proper pricing and makes adjustments as necessary. Creates new items as necessary at the request of purchasing. Investigates invoices and inventory discrepancies as needed. Maintains accuracy of MMS items and makes adjustments as needed. Ensures quality of inventoried items. Keys in inventory at month end. Responsible for par level maintenance. Audits and tracks inventoried items. Spot checks inventory. Performs monthly inventory counts. Maintains a consistent, regular attendance record. Performs any reasonable request made by management. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. 4+ years' experience in inventory control or related field experience SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate, Knowledgeable in MMS software. Ability to use 10-key. Available for any shift and/or weekends. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
