The Inventory Control Specialist will:
- Receive supply and raw materials orders and ensure documentation matches
- Unloaded raw materials and ensure they are stored appropriately
- Keep warehouse and raw materials organized and easily accessible to maximize the use of available space
- Perform inventory counts and recounts as needed
- Scan raw materials in the ERP system when they enter the production process
- Pick/pull materials for production and return materials for production
- Complete all daily logs
- Work in a safe manner in compliance with all company, state, federal policies
Education and Experience:
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel proficiency
- High School or Trade School diploma or equivalent
- Forklift license a plus
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to work independently or in a group/team atmosphere
- Strong organizational or time management skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Inventory control experience preferred
