Inventory Control Specialist - Buckle : Job Details

SummaryThe Senior Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day inventory management within the stores, warehouse shipments, special orders and ecommerce. • Monitors and resolves store-to-store pull discrepancies, distribution errors, recall discrepancies and un-received return to vendors (RTV) reports.
• Responsible for addressing questions regarding mis-matched shoes, packaging issues, and tagging problems.
• Partners with Ecommerce in correcting internet issues/transfers/deletions and adjusts as needed.
• Collaborates with stores on compliance/recalls.
• Assists with monitoring missing recalls and makes necessary adjustments.
• Assists with specials order claims and makes necessary adjustments to stores inventories.
• Assists with shipping questions regarding lost or damaged packages or merchandise stolen from packages.
• Makes inventory adjustments to all filed claims.
• Monitors virtual transfer reporting and makes the necessary adjustments and will follow up with managers on any issues.
• Assists with annual inventory.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Education and/or Experience No previous experience is required. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably in Supply Chain or equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Teammate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
