Responsibilities include:

Inventory data & computer skills mandatory

Track inventory, stock changes and investigate problems

Oversee inventory control and maintaining inventory records

Process orders as required

Verify accuracy of physical inventory when needed

Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment and distribution means

Work closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation

Understanding of HAZMAT, IATA, IMDG and DOT regulations or ability to learn

Communication / IT:

Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling.

Order management systems

3rd Party Inventory Systems

Required Experience:

Strong computer skills

Strong Written/Verbal Communication

Analytic/strategic thinker

Creative Problem solving.

Must be self-starter and can work independently.

Must have proven ability to work in a fast pace entrepreneurial team environment

Special Skills/Certifications:

MRP, inventory, and logistics functional expertise helpful

SAP & Footprint experience preferred
