Culmen International is seeking Inventory Control Specialists for a future Health and Human Services opportunity.
The Inventory Control Specialist will oversee all the activities related to receiving, storing, and distributing all electronic devices. Their focus is on ensuring accurate inventories at all times.
What You'll Do in Your New Role
Build a comprehensive asset management strategy. - Create and implement policies for the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of assets.
- Keep track of the assets throughout their lifecycle and ensure that they're compliant with organizational policies.
- Perform physical count of inventory and report discrepancies found between physical and documented numbers.
- Order, receive, and distribute items.
- Properly dispose of obsolete items, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Audit the facility's entire inventory on a regular basis and provide reports to management as needed.
- Ensure employees are aware of organizational policies pertaining to assets.
- Properly store and label all equipment.
- Maintain a healthy inventory to ensure enough equipment is always available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- (1) One year work experience with inventory control preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
- Ability to successfully clear a background check.
- Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
- Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
