This role involves inventory tracking, organization, and collaboration with various departments to meet operational needs.Key Responsibilities:Receiving and Stocking: Receive and unpack shipments, organize and stock inventory across various hospital areas, including the supply room, surgical prep area, and pharmacy.Inventory Management: Utilize electronic inventory systems to manage stock levels, update min/max par levels based on usage forecasts, and perform cycle counts.Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, troubleshoot root causes, and communicate issues to staff to prevent recurrence.General Supplies Oversight: Manage janitorial, break room, office, and non-medical supply inventories, ensuring all are well-stocked and organized.Backorder Notifications: Keep staff informed about backorders and expected restocking timelines.Reporting: Perform tri-weekly inventory counts, report findings to the Senior Buyer, and address any discrepancies.System Maintenance: Maintain and utilize an inventory control system integrated with the hospital's HIS system, including purchase order management and data correction.Inter-Hospital Collaboration: Coordinate the transfer of goods between hospitals within the organization.Annual Physical Inventory: Assist in full physical inventory counts for multiple locations and handle data entry.Equipment Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for equipment repair, working with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and returns.Schedule:Full-Time4/10'sSalary:The compensation range for this role falls between $25 - $35 hourlyAbout You:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Qualifications:Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly move materials weighing up to 60 pounds and occasionally handle larger, heavier items.Experience: Minimum of one year in inventory management preferred; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems or Hospital Information Systems is a plus.Preferred Background: Prior experience in veterinary or hospital settings is advantageous.Join our team and make a meaningful impact by ensuring that hospital operations run smoothly and efficiently.Apply today!Ethos Veterinary Health is at the forefront of innovation and world-class medicine.
