What you'll be doing day to day As an Inventory Control Supervisor, responsible for leading the inventory control process for the Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will: Work according to Enterprise Resource Planning ISAG inventory guidelines to maintain the integrity of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and compliance with reporting requirements. Contribute to the unit business plan by ensuring inventory differences are discussed with the relevant stakeholders and follow up that action has been taken. Ensure reporting requirements for gross inventory adjustments are completed accurately and per the time schedule. Contributing to the development of co-workers and future IKEA leaders by upholding a work environment of employee recognition and effective feedback when needed. Collaborate across functions to ensure an understanding of the inventory control processes. Supports unit quality, safety, and productivity efforts as a strategic operational partner. Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
