Job Title: Wholesale Coordinator
Essential Job Functions:
* Contact financial institutions to obtain unit payoff information.
* Prepare documents and contracts for customer signatures prior to wholesaling or consigning units.
* Work with the Accounting department to prepare customer equity checks or bank wires for purchases and unit payoffs.
* Input Make, Model, and Floor Plan data into the master table for each unit type.
* Create purchase orders and vendor profiles within the Motility system.
* Process trade appraisals for wholesale and consignment units.
* Prepare FedEx envelopes to send documents to all locations as needed.
* Utilize Quickbase to manage the Wholesale and Consignment calendar.
* Update Motility with accurate information upon unit arrival (e.g., estimates, mileage).
* Coordinate with the Tag & Title department to verify and document VIN discrepancies as necessary.
* Ensure all units requiring disclosures are appropriately flagged in the system and marked on the lot.
* Barcode and scan paperwork, including original and updated appraisal sheets.
* Work with the Inventory Department to rectify any inaccuracies in makes, models, etc.
* Provide customer service support for wholesale and consignment clients, both over the phone and through email.
* Assist in other support areas as needed during staff absences or breaks.
* Respond to all phone calls and email inquiries promptly.
* Attend all mandatory company meetings.
* Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; strong time management skills are essential.
* Capacity to work independently and make sound decisions.
* Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English.
* Experience with Motility and Quickbase is a plus.
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
