Overview
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the coordination of all activities required for monitoring, counting, and maintaining the accuracy of inventory levels of liquid products raw materials and finished products.

+ 7AM start time
+ 4 days per week
+ $1,000 Sign-on Bonus
+ Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Perform physical cycle counts. (5%) Inventory validation
+ Schedule and assign counts to be taken on raw materials and finished goods. (30%)
+ Perform annual physical inventory. (1%)
+ Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective action. (10%)
+ Input cycle count information. (10%)
+ Request of perform inventory request. (4%)
+ Generate period end variance report. (5%)
+ Report production based on batch cards. (30%)
+ Monitor and notify management of discrepancies. (5%)
+ Slotting and slot audits
+ Phase in/phase out of items
+ Vendor credits
+ Purchase order verification
+ Processing of damaged product

Qualifications

Must possess excellent mathematical computation abilities.
Must be capable of completing counts of products from location within the racking system.
Demonstrate ability to make rational decisions consistent with Company policies and procedures.
Must be able to read and process written information with a high degree of technical accuracy.
