Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Inventory Department. This role is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring parts are properly issued to work orders, and collaborating with various departments to resolve material issues. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and have experience in a regulated manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise inventory activities to support production and customer needs.
• Process inventory transactions within the ERP system.
• Maintain traceability for all parts received into inventory and released to work orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Supervise and assist Inventory Department personnel to maximize productivity.
• Resolve material issues by working closely with all departments.
• Adapt to multiple priorities and changing requirements with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inventory Control within a regulated manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Microsoft AX is a plus).
• Strong understanding of material traceability, lot number control, material expiration dates, and inventory accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working in an AS9100-certified facility is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good mathematical skills.
