Job Summary: Serves as the primary contact between the patient care units at UHCC, Distribution, MMW Nurse Managers, and Purchasing. Coordinates stock room changes with Supply Chain Analytics staff, assists in maintaining the materials management database system to support perpetual material flow, manages pars in the Lawson materials management system, and follow up on the status of specialty items ordered. Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree and 3 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus strong organizational, written/oral communication, interpersonal, and computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: Hospital or Healthcare experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft applications to include excel. Ability to draw needed information from data systems already in place.
