Responsibilities
• Manage purchase and rental inventory programs including warehouse optimization, organization, and scheduling repairs and replacements of rental inventory
• Onboard new additions to rental inventory, dispose of obsolete inventory, and recommend increases and decreases to stock based on demand planning
• Create standards for SKU naming and create easy to read and concise item descriptions
• Notify team of updates to inventory offerings and be a resource for inventory inquiries
• Oversee the procurement of operational materials, perform price analysis on vendors, and work with Director of Production in enhancing the procurement process
• Create and enforce standards for organizing purchase inventory, rental inventory, and long-term client storage of exhibit assets
• Upload and maintain purchase and rental inventories in NetSuite
• Manage the allocation and requisition of rental inventory to projects in NetSuite
• Maintain quantity counts for rental inventory and stock for production and metal shop consumption
• Issue purchase orders to vendors for inventory purchases
• Perform regular analysis of rental inventory usage, stock-outs, client owned inventory usage, and other reports that are used by management
• Work with Director of Production in creating dashboards to enhance warehouse operational efficiency
• Use data to analyze trends in production, manufacturing, procurement, and inventory management to extract actionable insights
• Identify scheduling conflicts for rental inventory
• Assist Storage Account Manager in tracking piece counts for client owned exhibit assets
Requirements
• 2+ years of related experience in Inventory Operations and/or Procurement Services
• College degree preferred, but not required
• Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and team oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with heavy client interaction all while providing excellent service
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP enterprise systems, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
