Inventory Optimization Co-Op - UniFirst : Job Details

The ideal candidate for the Inventory Optimization Co-Op position should have a strong interest in supply chain planning, particularly in supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, and cost savings. This position will involve analyzing data to support inventory optimization initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize inventory investments and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position based in Wilmington, MA.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to identify opportunities for maximizing inventory investments and improving customer satisfaction
• Develop relationships within the organization to understand supply chain processes and objectives
• Utilize Microsoft Office skills to consolidate data, perform analytics, and create presentations for leadership
• Provide analytical support to the Planning team as needed

• Working towards a bachelor's degree with a concentration in Supply Chain preferred
• Strong interest in a Supply Chain role
• Experience in apparel, consumer products, or retail is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analytics tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a team-based setting with a focus on customer service
