**Description**

The Inventory Specialist position will report directly to the Senior Manager, Warehouse and Inventory Management and be responsible for supporting the Mark Anthony brands business on the following operational fronts:

**Oversight and execution of inventory reconciliation process for inventory scheduled for destruction** **(90%)**

* Performs inventory reconciliations on a monthly basis for clients in accordance with their contracts. Works with team members and clients to present and resolve all reconciliation issues as they arise.

* Builds solid working relationships with external partners to ensure optimal program implementation and operation

* Assists in team member training, documentation and the development of Standard Operating Procedures.

* Reconcile affidavits of destruction with notice of intent to destroy documentation submitted to the TTB

* Ensure that quantity of inventory destroyed is tied back to an NOI

**Ad hoc Support (10%)**

* Own the reporting of the destruction project

* Key point of contact for the Sr Manager, Warehouse & Inventory on destruction reporting

* Support of Logistics Team in regard to the on-going destruction project

**Qualifications, Education, & Experience**

* College degree in finance, accounting, operations, or supply chain desired, but not required.

* Minimum: High School Diploma and 2+ years of professional experience

* Minimum: 2+ years Professional office experience

**Skills & Abilities**

* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Experience using Microsoft Outlook

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Excellent organization and prioritization skills

* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to read, analyze and interpret a variety of instructions, communications, and reports provided in written, verbal, transactional or Excel spreadsheet format.

* Ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple tasks/deadlines autonomously and shift priorities as necessary. Uses time effectively and able to work independently.

* Customer Service - Respond promptly to requests for service and assistance as needed. Follow up as needed.

* Detail Oriented - Attention to details and accuracy.
