INVENTORY SPECIALIST-IMPORTS - JBS USA Holdings : Job Details

We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our Imports team here at JBS USA in Greeley, CO! This person will support our Inventory Managers in overall inventory management while purchase orders are entered in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities:PO entry for all proteins Stay in close contact with suppliers on purchase orders and confirmation. Support the Inventory Managers within the Inventory team on all required tasks. Assist the Inventory Manager with warehouse reconciliation reports. Assist the Inventory Manager with real time inventory accuracy and traceability in SAP to assist with the preparation of weekly and daily reports. Develop new system pathways to enhance daily functions. Assist with inventory discrepancies and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
