Job Details The Inventory Specialist responsibilities include, but not limited to, daily counting and restocking of hospital supplies to our Nursing Units. Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must possess organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects
  • Previous warehouse/storeroom experience required, hospital warehouse experience preferred
  • Valid and clean NYS driver's license
  • Capable and willing to drive 18' supply transport truck to and from West Islip and Deer Park on a daily basis
  • Capable and willing to drive (as needed) 18' supply transport truck to and from Deer Park and other Catholic Health facilities
  • Must have weekends and holiday availability
Salary Range USD $20.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
