Your key responsibilities will include:Managing the inventory of components and attachments, ensuring stock levels align with production schedules.Requesting necessary components from HQ or suppliers, based on timing and stock levels.Performing regular inventory checks and reconciling any discrepancies between system and actual stock.Coordinating material transit times with logistics vendors to ensure timely deliveries.Overseeing inventory for surplus, long-aging, and scrap materials.Conducting cycle counts and managing back-ship processes.Driving improvements in inbound transportation costs.Requesting CKD components from HQ or PDC as needed.Updating stock levels for major components daily, and minor components on a monthly or quarterly basis.Preventing component and attachment shortages and addressing issues with vendors during transportation delays.Regularly updating the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and safety stock levels.Managing minimum order volumes and keeping inventory well-organized and optimized.Work Environment:This position involves working in a warehouse setting, where you may encounter varying temperatures, humidity, and exposure to noise, vibration, fumes, odors, and dust.What We Offer:Competitive Compensation and Employee BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchVoluntary Supplemental Insurance OptionsIf you're looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a leading global brand, apply today!Requirements:What You'll Need to Succeed:High School Diplomaor equivalentExperience with SAP , including control cycles, material tracking, and movement of inventory1-3 years of experiencein supply chain inventory or distribution operationsBasic knowledge of heavy equipmentand related industry practicesStrongcommunication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsProficiency withExcelfor data management and reportingHD Hyundai Infracore North America, LLC. is committed to a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
