Inventory Specialist We're looking for a highly motivated, tech savvy, detail-oriented customer service and account professional with a strong desire to assist our team in identifying performance opportunities and improvements to managing our inventory and partners more efficiently. What That Means You'll be a key player. That's right, you'll be an important and highly visible member of our Auction Operations Team. You'll perform the following:
- Learn the inner workings of the industry and use that knowledge to provide the best partner support experience possible
- Answer questions and solve problems via emails and cases
- Field escalations from other departments and partners
- Manually process auction bids when necessary
- Update files to display inventory accurately across multiple platforms
- Maintain account pages with update to date contacts, delivery instructions and alternate sale options
- Identify account and system issues as well as negative trends and escalate to leadership
- Work closely with the Remarketing team to conduct inventory audits, conduct experiments and provide valuable ideas to increase profit
What You'll Need
- 2+ years experience in contact center role (tier 2+ preferred)
- Automotive auction & account management experience a plus
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Amazing attention to detail
- Ability to interface with all levels of management and meet deadlines
- Strong technology know-how (G Suite Products and Salesforce experience highly preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to tie business problems to technical solutions, understand technology and can derive valuable insights from data
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
