JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sandlin Homes is seeking a talented Inventory Starts and Selections Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative design skills and practical project management abilities. This role involves crafting beautiful and functional interior spaces and exterior curb appeal.

Selections Management:
Project Coordination:
Inventory Home Starts:
· Select all colors interior colors
· Select all exterior colors
· Work with 3rd party design center to select all color elements in the home
· Work with drafting team to add design elements into key spaces of the home
· Upload all colors into Sandlin ERP system working with Community Sales Managers and internal staff as necessary.
