** Inventory Supply Manager**

****Job Location: ?Florence?****

The Inventory Supply Manager is responsible for: Managing the flow of all material in, out, and within the plant, including: receiving of ingredients and packaging material, warehousing material and staging it for production, recording production receipts, and shipping finished goods to distribution centers. The Inventory Supply Manager also is responsible for maintaining control of all inventory on-site, including: ingredients, packaging, work in progress, and finished goods. The Inventory Supply Manager oversees the warehouse supervisors and hourly employees in support of storage and shipping functions and collaborates with manufacturing, transportation, material planning, quality, and maintenance.

- Manage personnel for safe and efficient material handling and warehousing

- Ensure that all inventory is accurate and handled properly in SAP throughout the inventory process and month-end reporting

- Confirm production receipts and ensure finished good product putaway from production operations

- Maintain dock and storage facilities in an orderly, organized manner that encourages proper efficiency and inventory control

- Ensure proper loading and unloading of trailers

- Work with other departments for continuous improvement

- Understand and demonstrate Ferraras core values and operating principles

- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, GMP, and safety standards

****Skills that will make you successful****

- Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision making skills

- Effective written and verbal communication including presentation of status updates and recommendations

- Experience with SAP strongly preferred or experience with other ERP

- General knowledge of scanning systems, RF guns, etc

- Team-building skills

- Understanding of compliance standards (BRC, AIB, SQF, and others) preferred

****Experiences that will support your success****

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or other relevant field

- 5+ years of experience in warehouse leadership or in a distribution manufacturing environment or related combination of skills

- Experience in or experience collaborating with transportation, logistics, and related fields

- Ability to work with other internal departments and facility leadership

- Quality experience as a people manager or team leader in supervising, coaching, and mentoring
