Join us now!Location: Santa Clara, CAJob Type: Contract-to-hirePay: $30-$35/hrResponsibilities:Receive and process chemical orders, entering them accurately into the inventory system.Identify, re-name, and barcode chemicals for proper tracking and storage.Prepare chemicals for transport, delivery, or shipment, including repacking as needed.Fulfill daily chemical orders for customers and researchers.Maintain and update inventory records and ensure regulatory safety compliance.Stage expired chemicals for disposal and keep accurate disposal records.Deliver and pick up stockroom orders to/from labs.Prepare shipping paperwork for internal and external shipments.Follow SOPs and adhere to safety and compliance standards.Perform other duties related to inventory and order management as required.Qualifications:High school diploma required; degree in Logistics or related field preferred.1-2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Access), SAP experience a plus.INBHLIDNPWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
