**Description**

Working with the Supply Chain Analyst, supplies all par locations using the established PAR set up. Shipping and Receiving responsibility. Cleaning of bins and shelves. Mail operations.

**Hours**

* 7:30am - 4:00pm

**Education and Training**

* High School Diploma or Equivalent.

**Experience**

* Familiar with Inventories. Must be able to read and write English, and perform basic math.

**Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications**

* Proficient in basic Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word.

* Must possess a valid drivers license and have no more than 2 points within the last two year period; must have less than 4 points on license at time of hire.

* Must be able to be insured by hospital insurance for driving, if not may be terminated.

* Must report additional points obtained to HR within 48 hours of issue that may affect insurance eligibility (DUI).
