Type of Job: Temp-hire

Location: Ashburn, VA

Shift: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Pay rate range: $19.95 /hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and take inventory of research material, which may include, but is not limited to wet tissues, blocks, slides, paper data, and/or temperature sensitive material

• Keep maintenance of research materials such as specimens, test articles, paper records, and/or magnetic media

• Keep the lead biorepository informed with day-to- day operations and progress

• Perform archiving procedures necessary for the completion of assigned projects

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (Inventory, Picking, QC, Order Selector, Data Entry)

• Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions

• Able to learn and use Microsoft Office and database software
