Inventory Warehouse Associate- Third Shift/Weekly Pay - Peopleshare : Job Details

Position Summary:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Storeroom Attendant to assist with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a temperature-controlled environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity requiring good attendance and customer service skills.Job Type: Temp-to-HireSchedule:* Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Paid Lunch).* Training: 1st shift for the first 3 days, then transition to 3rd shift.Location: Harrison, AKKey Responsibilities:* Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory.* Put orders up and manage inventory movement using manual pallet jacks.* Ensure accuracy in sorting, labeling, and storing items on racks, shelves, or bins.* Issue and document tools, products, and equipment to employees.* Perform cycle counts and maintain up-to-date stock records in the system.* Report damaged or worn tools/equipment and assist in necessary repairs.* Prepare inventory reports and support inventory level maintenance.* Operate basic computer systems to manage inventory and related documentation.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Qualifications:* 3+ months of relevant experience in a warehouse or storeroom environment preferred.* High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).* Basic computer skills and ability to use software for inventory management (e.g., MS Office).* Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service and communication skills.* Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs (or more with assistance) and perform tasks requiring standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.Dress Code & Requirements:* Steel-toe shoes are required .* Dress code: Jeans or pants with a t-shirt or polo (no sweatpants or shorts).Work Environment:* Temperature-controlled storeroom.* May require overtime or weekend work depending on operational needs.This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a focus on safety, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.IND98Requirements: Job Type: Temp to Hire Post Date: 01/20/2025
