Title: Investment Banking Vice PresidentCompany Summary: We are currently partnered with a Boutique Investment Bank looking to add on talent at the VP level to their team in Washington D.C. This candidate will have an Investment Banking background within the FIG sector with strong M&A deal experience. This candidate will have the opportunity to be a deal executioner, run projects, and manage supporting staff.Responsibilities:Leading a specific practice or product area, as applicable, and developing thought leadership in target sectors.Managing deal execution, running projects, and helping manage a lean deal team.Preparing proposals, offering memoranda, transaction-related financial models, and more for client meetings.Working closely with Managing Directors to execute on M&A deals.Qualifications:6+ years of Investment Banking experience.A background in the FIG sector doing depositories or community banks is required.Strong M&A deal experience.MBA or Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.#J-18808-Ljbffr
