About the Role - Devon Park seeks to hire an investor coverage senior associate or associate located in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. As part of the Investor Coverage Group, the senior associate or associate will be responsible for supporting senior coverage officers to provide our private capital clients with differentiated strategic and financial advice. The team is small and nimble, offering significant growth opportunities to a highly motivated self-starter. This person will support Devon Park's efforts across all asset classes, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, venture, and growth. The firm's investor coverage framework is dynamic with relationships across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

The senior associate or associate will perform the following:

• Prepare presentation materials and pitches for prospective clients
• Initiate dialogue with prospective investors in support of senior coverage bankers and deal teams
• Arrange investor meetings and briefing materials in advance of roadshows and conferences
• Coordinate timely follow-up with clients, including the distribution of marketing materials and NDAs
• Maintain internal database and produce reports of investor and sponsor commentary, meeting takeaways, feedback, and interests
• Assist with drafting of buyers lists for transaction pipeline, recommending potential investor groups and identifying the appropriate individual contacts for each opportunity
• Track market data to assist the group's communications with fund managers and limited partners
• Support activities of senior bankers across various strategic initiatives

Qualifications - Applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least 3 years of relevant work experience at an investment bank, placement agent, or similar
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, having completed training in the building of presentation materials and financial models
• Working knowledge of private fund structures
• Enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity to develop a deep understanding of secondaries, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, venture, and growth
• Effective and professional communication skills (both written and verbal) across formats (e.g., thought leadership pieces, meeting minutes, email) to internal and external audiences
• Proven academic excellence with exacting attention to detail, high standards of accuracy, and consistently high-quality work product
• Desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
• Impressive responsiveness with a relentless work ethic
• Ability to efficiently lead multiple internal and external workstreams simultaneously
• Proactive team player who continuously looks for innovative ways to add value to clients, prospects, and internal partners
• Resourceful and proficient in gathering market intelligence and data from various sources such as industry publications, databases, whitepapers, and reports to further the goals of clients and our firm
• Enthusiasm for working in an entrepreneurial culture
