COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a multi-billion dollar hedge fund based in NYC. Employees at the firm are in the office 5 days per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The firm is hiring an Investor Relations Associate.

Responsibilities include:

-Serve as a resource for current and prospective investors, providing timely and accurate communications

-Support all investor communications, including the creation and distribution of ad hoc reports and other investor focused deliverables

-Assist with the investor onboarding process including subscription document review and coordination with the fund administrator

-Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records on investor balances, transactions and related activities

-Enhance process efficiency and effectiveness of investor relations workflows to drive process optimization

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-2+ years of relevant investor relations / client service experience from a hedge fund or pe fund

-Undergraduate degree from a top institution is required

-Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail

-Exceptional communication skills

-Experience with Dynamo/Salesforce+
