Invoicing Clerk - JK Findings : Job Details

JK Findings is a premier manufacturer and wholesaler of precious metal components and fine jewelry since 1975. We supply an expansive selection of high-quality offerings at a competitive price and customers, including jewelry wholesalers, manufacturers, designers, and online retailers, rely on us to provide the products needed to run their business.We currently have an Invoicing position available in our Order Processing Department. The position is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all shipments as well as accurately invoicing all customer orders.This position is full time, 40 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with overtime available.This position requires excellent data entry skills and a high degree of accuracy when reading, writing and data entering numbers.The ideal candidate would be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Products, have 3+ years of invoicing or billing experience, excellent math and communication skills.A bachelor's degree in a business or math curriculum is preferred by not required.We offer a generous benefit package and all benefits start on day one and include:
