Invoicing Specialist - TRIAD SERVICE CENTER : Job Details

Triad Service Center is looking to hire an Invoicing Specialist in our Grand Rapids location at 4550 40th St SE, Kentwood, MI 49512.This is a full-time position with a well-established company that is continuously growing. This person needs to have great communication skills, as well as be self-motivated to provide superior service. Triad Service Center is a multi-state provider of parts, warranty, maintenance, and service for most makes and models of floor care equipment, and other commercial equipment. Established in 1977, we have 46 years of experience serving the industry. Triad is associated with Morrison Industries. The position would be primarily Monday-Friday, Full Time, 1st shift position at 40hrs/week. Paid Weekly. Our Invoicing Specialists Typically:

• Have Good Customer Relations Skills with Clear and Concise Language Skills
• Ensure the Billing Process is correct by Resolving any Billing Errors, Completing Daily Invoices
• Utilize Technology at an intermediate level, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable interacting with customers, on both service and sales information
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and manage tasks to completion
• Help with Day-to-Day Operations such as preparing and processing estimates,
• Invoicing Completed Work
• Have a Strong Sense of Integrity in their Work
• Enjoy being part of a Team, but can Work Independently
• Ability to follow through with customers, technicians, and team members
• Pass a Drug screen, Physical, and a Background Check
• Perform any Other Duties as Assigned
