We are a leading law firm in Nebraska seeking an experienced IP Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in litigation matters, and a passion for protecting clients' innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of IP litigation, including trial preparation and court appearances
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies for their IP issues
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues related to IP law
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in intellectual property law

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IP litigation or related areas
• Strong understanding of patent law and related legal principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Nebraska
