Job DescriptionManager for Iris Park Commons coordinates and supervises the daily operations of a general 45 unit Assisted Living and 16 unit Memory Care Program. The Manager works in partnership with Episcopal Homes Home Care, Culinary Services, Life+ and other departments to provide 24-hour care, support and life enhancement services. Qualifications- BA degree and at least one year of supervision or management experience required. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of the aging process, conditions, needs and the potential of older adults. An understanding of MN and Federal rules applicable to housing and assisted living is desired. Knowledge of licensing rules and regulations, funding sources, client rights, HIPAA, is also desired. A demonstrated computer proficiency and experience with or ability to learn electronic health record systems is required. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is required.
