ISDA Negotiator (Mid & Senior Level) - Volition : Job Details

We are currently seeking an ISDA Negotiator for a large multinational investment bank.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate ISDAs on behalf of funds, asset managers and insurance companies as part of an ISDA negotiation team within a large multinational bank.
• Collaborate closely with credit team, in-house counsel, and institutional clients and provide market and institutional knowledge to internal stakeholders.
• Provide documentation negotiation and support on repo and MRA agreements as well as other ancillary agreements concerning related transactions.

This opportunity is available on both a long-term contract and a permanent basis.
