JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a skilled Technical Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. If you have over 10 years of management experience and expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager, we want to hear from you. Experience with Oracle HCM and API integrations is a plus. A strong understanding of Okta, zero trust principles, AMFA, and account lifecycle management is essential.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: As a manager in our IAM team, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the IAM team to implement and maintain identity and access management solutions.
  • Developing and enforcing IAM policies, procedures, and standards to comply with security regulations.
  • Overseeing administration and support of Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and IAM tools.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with Oracle HCM and enterprise systems.
  • Implementing and managing API integrations to enhance IAM capabilities.
  • Adopting zero trust principles and multi-factor authentication (AMFA) organization-wide.
  • Managing the account lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Staying current with industry trends and improving IAM processes and solutions.
  • Troubleshooting complex IAM issues to minimize disruption in business operations.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration.
  • Deploying identity automation projects using the Entra suite.
  • Utilizing Sentinel log analytics for monitoring and log reviews.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY: To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of management experience in the IAM domain.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle HCM and API integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of Okta, zero trust principles, AMFA, and account lifecycle management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to deploy identity automation projects.
  • Experience with the Entra suite.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Sentinel log analytics is required; experience with Dell Change Auditor or equivalent tools is a plus.
