Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and mitigating IT risks, monitoring and improving system performance, and providing top-notch support for complex user requests.   • Designing, implementing, researching, securing and supporting enterprise systems.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks inherent in IT systems.
  • Monitoring, improving, troubleshooting and performing capacity planning for systems.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting complex user requests.
  • Planning and managing projects. Creating and maintaining concise and thorough IT documentation.
This job might be for you if you:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in an IT environment
  • Have 2+ years of related experience in a technical environment
  • Have knowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies
  • Have experience automating processes for Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code
  • Have a desire for life-long learning to maintain a comprehensive understanding of evolving technologies
  • Have experience teaching and mentoring IT interns and associates
  • Embraces dynamic, fast-paced environments; adapts well to rapid change
  • Have the ability to participate in after hours on call rotation
  • Practice absolute confidentiality and unquestionable ethics
  • Have excellent customer service commitment
  • Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical background and knowledge of manufacturing and/or engineering processes
  • Ability to meet Motor Vehicle Report Qualification Standards of SEL
  • Experience using programming languages and script writing

Pay Range DataAssociate IT Analyst: $54,500 - $81,700, IT Analyst: $60,800 - $95,000 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
