- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that the appropriate number of laptops is available for distribution
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop distribution schedules and timelines to meet delivery deadlines
- Excellent time management skills required to ensure all SLA's are met and maintained Triage customer requests utilizing internal ticketing system and within SLA's
- Conduct quality checks on laptops to ensure that they meet the required standards before distribution
- Communicate effectively with recipients to provide guidance on laptop usage and address any concerns or queries they may have
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the distribution process, such as delays in delivery or technical malfunctions, and implement effective solutions
- Coordinate with partner teams to ensure secure data destruction for PII Monitor and analyze distribution patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimize the distribution process
Qualifications:
- US IT Logistics experience required, global experience a plus
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Experience with L1/L1.5 troubleshooting
- Experience with 3rd party CRM tools
