IT Business Analyst - 3LINC : Job Details

Job Description: Performs review and business analysis of customer and user needs Meet with users and interpret requests to formulate technical solutions Document business rules and requirements, defines scope and objectives to support overall business strategies Work closely with programmers and systems architects to develop solutions Troubleshoot user reported system issues Written documentation including programming specifications and user guides Creation of test scripts System Testing Work with users both onsite and remotely Work with subject matter expert and business client to capture meetings, information, ideas, discussions Gathering, defining and interpreting business rules and requirements Proactively communicate and collaborate with business customer to analyze information needs and functional requirements and produce screen and interface designs Work independently with technical and functional stakeholders to define concepts and document requirements under direction of project management Develop requirements specifications based on standard templates, using plain language Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to communicate and maintain the functional vision aligned to technical delivery Quality Assurance testing and code readiness for promoting solutions to production environment General system support and end user interaction Provide User Training What we are looking for: High energy Goal oriented Customer service oriented Can do attitude Strong analytical skills Good communicator Excellent writing skills Logic oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills Ability to work well on a team Complete projects on time and within budget Relevant experience in IT business requirements and process design required Demonstrates expertise in a variety of fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
