About the job IT Desktop Support Analyst IT Desktop Support Analyst needs 3 years IT Desktop support experience IT Desktop Support Analyst requires:

  • OnSite 5 days a week.
  • 3 years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.
  • Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
  • Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.
  • Possible OT required for this job (Afterhours and Weekends).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
IT Desktop Support Analyst duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and email as appropriate.
  • Dedicated C-Suite support New York office.
  • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Perform user administration duties.
