IT Director - Ectohr : Job Details

The IT Director The IT Director is responsible for overseeing IT project management/execution, ERP evaluation and implementation, database administration, network security, consultant management, Microsoft 365 cloud solutions management, compliance with industry standards including NIS2 and IT infrastructure development. The position requires effective collaboration with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations. Additionally, the IT Director represents RheTech on the HEXPOL IT Steering Committee, advocating for business technology needs of the Thermoplastics Division. Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the IT Director Position

• At least 7 years of experience in a strategic position in Information Technology / Information Systems is required
• Experience monitoring and managing IT system development and upgrades
• Ability to coordinate and manage ISP and TelCom relationships
• Ability to collaborate with and manage external IT consultants and service providers
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (cloud solutions)
• Prior experience evaluating, facilitating systems conversion, and implementing ERP systems is strongly preferred, including server to cloud based conversions
• Experience with WAN Management, Microsoft Terminal Services and Remote Desktop a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Access Design and Management a plus
• Experience in achieving NIS2 compliance is a plus as a result of being part of an international company
