One of our clients is seeking a talented IT Help Desk Specialist to join their team in Nashville, TN. This is an on-site role, where you'll be providing hands-on support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle help desk tickets promptly, ensuring efficient and professional resolutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and devices.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to address complex challenges and enhance service delivery.
- Provide occasional support during events or outside standard business hours.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools like Jira or similar platforms.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, especially with SCCM, O365, and other IT support technologies.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
