Job Type Full-time Description The Information Technology Help Desk Technician will be interacting with customers, end-users, troubleshooting issues on systems and networks, and providing general technical support both on-site at the Seneca Falls lab, and remotely at satellite laboratories. Will assist in the resolution of application, hardware and software problems. Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. Must be able to communicate well and have the ability to establish relationships with team members, customers and prospects. Essential Job Functions:

  • Investigate, research and troubleshoot IT related issues
  • Set up new users in Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Prepare and set up laptops, desktops, docking stations and phones for all new hires.
  • Provide end user support including office and adobe issues, software updates and installs, password resets, troubleshooting and resolving issues with printers, PCs, and other network devices.
  • Troubleshoots, documents and resolves issues in a timely manner for assigned projects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments.
  • In addition to these typical duties, engage in other duties and special projects as assigned and required

  • Working knowledge of computer equipment; general understanding of storage solutions. Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving workstation-based software issues with Microsoft Office 365
Salary Description $20.00-$24.00
