Salary up to $39,520 depending upon experience Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing 1st and 2nd tier support to end users
- Processes moves, additions, and changes to the environment
- Will maintain operating efficiency by working with end users of IS solutions and provide support service aligned to defined service level agreements (SLA) and to ITIL standards
- Provide administrative and clerical support to branch personnel
- Answer and route phone calls effectively
- Interact with vendors and co-workers in a professional manner
- Open willingness to continual learning
- Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
- Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values
- Any other duties deemed appropriate by management
Required:
- Understanding of networks and equipment connected to it
- Pass drug and background screenings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to achieve required vendor certifications
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to effectively use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
- Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):
