Requirements The ability to manage the IT help desk system by responding to internal or 3rd party support requests in order to promptly resolve the issue and thoroughly document the actions taken. Must be able to serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance with PCs, software, copiers, and printers, and train new users on IT network and security policies. The ability to perform active directory account setup and management based on established policies and procedures. The ability to install, redeploy, and maintain new computer systems and mobile devices. Must be able to install, update, and patch all corporate software. Must have a valid Driver's License and maintain a driving record in accordance with Human Technologies' Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related field.
