The Enterprise Service Management team is responsible for supporting the Atlassian platform as part of Global IT Operations. We are searching for a summer 2025 IT Intern to support and build-out features in a global IT Service Management (ITSM) solution and other service portal projects. The role involves analysis, technical prototyping, and testing. Additional responsibilities include technical writing and the creation of knowledge base articles requiring excellent written communications. Our ideal candidate will be a rising junior or senior, pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree. This internship will run from May 2025 - August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility. Main Objective: To support and build out features in various projects for our Enterprise Service Management team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the build-out of features in a global IT Service Management (ITSM) solution and other service portal projects. Create knowledge base articles. Design and execute testing scenarios. Additional support of projects including analysis, prototyping, data modeling, scripting. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Enrolled as a full-time junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent or recent graduate in Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent required. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.) Prior technical troubleshooting (hardware/software) experience preferred. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction. An understanding of Atlassian products (i.e. Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) preferred. Knowledge of Power BI preferred. Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
