WHAT YOU GET TO DO
  • Assist in day to day activities to support key technical functions
  • Test, debug, document, install and implement all new modified applications and systems
  • Familiar with a wide variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures in information systems
  • Assist with new program roll-outs
  • Provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in technical support
  • Write or revise training manuals, procedures, department checklists
