Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to users, and resolving technical problems
• Tracking hardware and software licenses and managing IT assets
• Managing user accounts and permissions within the company's directory services
• Create and Design Sharepoint sites and applications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in computer programming- powershell scripting, python or C++.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Proficiency in database design (schema, tables, queries).
