Duties - IT Lead Analyst The IT Lead Analyst identifies, quantifies, and prioritizes solutions to address business and technical issues; influences and negotiates to achieve business strategy and deliver results to internal/external partners; functions as leader and subject matter expert in one or more of the following capacities: technical, project management or industry; researches and validates innovative solutions (both external and internal), leveraging best practices for quality and process efficiencies; leads assignments and/or maintains systems of medium to large complexity, including requirements definition, internal/external resource management and budgets; applies principles, concepts and practices of Zimmer's Competency Model at the Lead level; and proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure Zimmer's information assets are protected; works with non-employee resources and provides mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Requirements - Education & Experience Education - Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related technical field, or foreign equivalent. Experience - Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered or related position. Must have experience with the following: leading IT projects of low-to-medium complexity at the regional or local level; project management and work planning; technical implementation; developing and documenting IT processes, procedures, and standards; working with and guiding non-employee resources; SAP Security and SAP S/4 HANA user access design and implementation; and at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation. In lieu of a Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience, the company will accept a Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related technical field, or foreign equivalent, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related position. Must have experience with the following: leading IT projects of low-to-medium complexity at the regional or local level; project management and work planning; technical implementation; developing and documenting IT processes, procedures, and standards; working with and guiding non- employee resources; SAP Security and SAP S/4 HANA user access design and implementation; and at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation. Up to 20% of domestic travel required. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Remote work permitted up to 5 days per week throughout the U.S. Travel Expectations Up to 20% of domestic travel required.
