This role requires a strategic approach to cybersecurity management within a manufacturing environment. This position is a contract to possible perm position that must be worked on-site. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 Years experience as a IT Manager
• Ability to manager a IT Department
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
• Lead and mentor the IT team in cybersecurity best practices, fostering a proactive security mindset
• Prepare and conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and procedures
